Dr. Richard Carr had a dream to combine his experience as a counselor and professor at Ball State University with his faith in Christ. The result of that dream was the Union Chapel Counseling Center. He had a passion to combine professional treatment from licensed counselors with biblical truth. The mission he started continues today. We are thankful for the countless lives that have been transformed through his faithful service and leadership. Dr. Carr created the Union Chapel Counseling Center Benevolence fund years ago. He asked that any gifts to honor his life go to help others receive the treatment they need.
